Purposes
Pre-assessment, preparing the doctor’s plan, appointment and travel coordination, post-treatment follow-up.
Legal basis
Explicit consent for photos and health data (Law No. 6698, art. 6); contract formation and legitimate interest for contact data.
Transfer and retention
Data is shared only with the treating doctor and coordination team and kept for legally required periods. The simulation photo does not leave your device unless you consent.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, correction, deletion and withdrawal of consent by writing to merhaba@example.com (demo address).
