The hair transplant process
Every step from pre-consultation to month 12, on one measured line. Dates are examples; your coordinator builds your schedule with you.
Pre-consultation and photos
You send your simulation and photos (front, 45°, top, back) for a doctor’s review. Your coordinator arranges a video call to discuss your health history and expectations.

Doctor’s plan
Your doctor adds the hairline and zone-by-zone graft range to your patient portal, where you can compare it with the style you chose. The final plan is made at examination.
- A list of your medications
- Blood tests if required
- Travel and accommodation schedule

Procedure day
The day begins with examination and drawing. Nothing starts without your consent.

The first 10 days
On day 2 you have a check and your first wash at the centre. Afterwards you follow the washing routine; crusts shed around days 10–14. Care reminders are in your patient portal.
- Sleep with your head slightly raised for 3 nights
- No pool, sauna or heavy exercise for 2 weeks
- Protect the area from the sun

Shock loss phase
Between weeks 2 and 8 some transplanted hairs may shed. This is usually temporary; the follicle stays in place.
First growth
Fine, uneven new hairs begin to appear. Upload your monthly photo to the portal to share it with your coordinator.
Density increases
Hairs thicken and lengthen; for most people the visible change becomes clear in this period.
Texture settles
Hair texture and direction approach their natural state; a check-up can be done by video call.
Review
The look largely settles; crown development may continue up to 18 months. You and your doctor compare monthly photos and discuss next steps.

The information on this page is general and does not replace a medical consultation. The method, graft number and timeline suitable for you can only be determined after an examination. Simulations are illustrative and are not a promise of results.
